About Hot Schedules
Everything scheduling.
First! Download the HS Team App (not the HotSchedules app) as soon as possible.
This app is free.
Your log in information should be sent to you before your first day.
Anything related to scheduling must be submitted through Hot Schedules:
- Time off requests (submit 2 weeks in advance)
- Availability changes (submit 2 weeks in advance)
- Shift releases and pick ups
PLEASE BE AWARE:
If you submit availability changes, your pay rate may be affected!
- If you decrease the amount of time you are available, your pay rate may decrease.
- If you increase the amount of time you are available, your pay rate may increase.
- *Availability pay rates are based on year-round availability.
If you have specific questions regarding your schedule, please message Ryan and Mary through Hot Schedules.
Schedules are typically posted through Hot Schedules on Friday or Saturday.
