Being the Catering Director requires you to be an outgoing, self-motivated, and extremely coach-able individual. You must have the ability to easily learn the guest’s catering needs as well as the ability to easily establish rapport with a diverse range of people. The Catering Director is in constant contact with the leadership team and is responsible for overseeing all catering orders and deliveries. This position also requires you to serve in Operations as a Team Member.

Qualifications
Experience as a leader
Proven ability to lead in team-based, fast-paced environments
Basic computer competency
Must have a valid driver’s license (May be required to provide motor vehicle history from the DMV)
Must have valid auto insurance

Responsibilities
Representative of Chick-fil-A and responsible for building relationships throughout the community with clients in regards to our catering opportunities
Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Oversees fulfillment, delivery, and execution of catering orders
Solves catering issues related to accuracy, speed of service, and employee or guest issues
Models and supports clear communication regarding catering orders between the front counter and kitchen staffs
Follows up with customers to inquire about their experience
Seeks future business opportunities within the community and surrounding areas
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
Maintains a clean and pleasant environment
Flexible availability to deliver orders to residential and professional locations as needed
Position type
Full time: $18 per hour + 10% Bonus of every sale you personally generate
