Must have a valid driver’s license (May be required to provide motor vehicle history from the DMV) Must have valid auto insurance

Responsibilities
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Greets guests with eye contact and a smile
Supports the Catering Director by assisting with fulfillment, delivery, and execution of catering orders
Troubleshoots catering issues related to accuracy, speed of service, and employee or guest issues
Models and supports clear communication regarding catering orders between the front counter and kitchen staffs
Follows up with customers to inquire about their experience
Assists with seeking future business opportunities within the community and surrounding areas
Navigates the POS system accurately and efficiently
Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
Troubleshoots minor guest issues
Maintains a clean and pleasant environment
Position type
Part-time pay range (Less than 32 hours per week): $10-$13 per hour
Full-time pay range (32 hours or more per week): $15-16 per hour
Pay rates are based on employee availability.
