Responsibilities
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Accurately counts nuggets and strips
Follows the screens and job aids to make sandwiches correctly and accurately
Cups soup and mac & cheese as needed
Follows correct timing for cooking items
Fills waffle fry containers to correct weight
Uses correct packaging for all items
Follows hourly numbers to ensure producing the correct amount of product at a time
Temps items to ensure food safety
Breads raw chicken according to Chick-fil-A procedures and standards
Washes dishes as needed
Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
Troubleshoots minor guest issues
Maintains a clean and pleasant environment
Position type
Part-time pay range (Less than 32 hours per week): $10-$13 per hour
Full-time pay range (32 hours or more per week): $15-16 per hour
Pay rates are based on employee availability.
